"Yukon River Wild" is a marketing association representing Alaska's Yukon River salmon fishermen and producers. Bringing unity to marketing efforts on the Yukon River, we work to promote salmon products such as fresh and frozen fillets, hot and cold smoked salmon and caviar.
Yukon River Salmon have a high amount of Omega-3 oil content due to the extraordinary buildup of oils needed to sustain them for the more than 2,000 mile swim to their spawning grounds. The longest river in Alaska enables the fish to have high oil content that is not only healthy for you, but also provides a rich, unforgettable flavor.
